We had been without AC in 80 degree weather for 5 days, on the 3rd day we called Mr. Conaway and on the 4th he was out at our house looking at our dead system and giving us the breakdown of what was wrong. Turns out, it was everything, the outdoor and indoor unit work had been done wrong and put in all wrong when our house was built in 2006. We had a system that should have been put into a mobile home, not a 1,712 ft. house. So, we were going to have to replace the ENTIRE system. He went through all the details with us, gave us a breakdown of how everything should work, and how ours wasn't doing anything it should have been doing.He came out the next day and completely redid our system, IN A DAY!I cannot even begin to say how appreciative I am that he took the time to thoroughly look at everything, explain it to us in a way we could understand, give us a very reasonable price, and then he fixed it so quickly and efficiently. He and his staff are very respectful, kind, professional, and helpful. I cannot say enough good things about this company. They have a customer for life! read less

He is the only one who took the time to suggest it could be something else(system installed in 2017). He came out today and discovered a hole in an outside line. If you were to ask me what my experience with Scott and his team at Conaway Enterprises was in one word I would say "Perfect". After looking at all the reviews on Google I called Scott and I can say all the reviews are correct. Scott came out and looked my situation over and gave me a quote to totally replace my Heating and Air system and it was one that suprisingnly was lower than i thought. He was thorough on what I needed, explained every aspect of the job and gave me a quote on the spot of one that I couldn't refuse. I had done this before at the house i used to own so i thought i knew what to expect and his quote wasn't what I expected. We set a day to repace the unit. Scott called the morning of the install to let me know exactly when they would be on site which i loved. Sure enough they arrived on time and began their work. I couldn't be happier with the work they did. The work they did was professional, quick, and they totally cleaned up everything. When they finished, the job site looked fantastic. It was if nothing was done and the system just magically appeared. Would I use Scott and the crew again? You bet i would. Will also be using them for any future maintenance as well. I am currently in the process of buying a home and had some miscommunication with the home inspector and thought I needed a whole new system. I called and Mr. Scott quoted me a very great price (you can't beat) on a whole new system! There company is military friendly and even offers a discount or our service, which alone makes me love this company. Literally the next day I called Mr. Scott and told him I didn't need a new system after all and if he could come out and just look at the new system for me. Even though his schedule was busy, he had his crew come out on a short notice to check my system for me! I cannot be more thankful for him. He is very honest and very respectfull. Our air had been broke for a year, and then our heat went out about a week ago when it was below freezing. We wasn't sure why, but we called him to come look at, because with us having a 4 month old we needed something done. Well he came right on out looked at it fixed the problem but also told us we needed a whole new system because the one we had has been here since 1980 when the house was built plus the button inside it kept switching off which isn't good from what i found out. Well I called not long after he left. Asked him how much he would charge to fix the heat and air. He gave us a amazing deal!! Better then what we would of got going with someone else. He also came out in the same week and fixed it!! Now me, my husband, my son and two dogs can stay warm during this very cold season and be able to stay cool when it gets hot!!
